Applications are invited from Indian nationals for filling up the following posts on regular/deputation basis:
ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS:
For the Posts at Sl. No. 1 to 5 in addition to Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Perks and Allowances such as Conveyance Allowance, Reimbursement of cost of medicine for Domiciliary treatment, Leave Travel Allowance, etc., will be paid and benefits such as EPF, Gratuity, Superannuation contribution, Medical Assistance, Group Insurance, Post-retirement medical scheme, Casual Leave, Half Pay Leave and Earned Leave etc. are also admissible as per rules of the Corporation.
RESERVATION / RELAXATION & CONCESSIONS:
Reservation/Concessions for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories would be made as per Government Directives.
o Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST candidates, by 3 years for OBC Candidates and by 5 years in case of exceptionally experienced and technically qualified persons.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. Mere submission of application will not entail any right for claiming Appointment.
2. Candidates from Government Depts. / Semi Government/PSUs should forward their applications through proper channel or they should produce NOC at the time of interview.
3. Management may consider appointment of officials on deputation from central government/ state government and PSUs, Maximum age for deputation is 56 years as on 01/04/2013.
4. In order to regulate the number of candidates to be called for the test and/or interview, if so required, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria.
5. Merely meeting the above qualifications and experience shall not make a candidate eligible for interview. Only short-listed candidates will be notified for Test and/or interview.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Dy. General Manager (Marketing): 2nd class graduate with at least 50% marks in aggregate; and MBA or 2 years PGDBM regular course with specialization in sales/marketing/International business from an Institute of repute; and at least 12 years of post qualification experience in the field of marketing/ exports/ finance, as required, out of which at least 10 years’ experience in managerial cadre; and knowledge of working in computerized environment is essential. Preference would be given for experience in the field of Handloom/ handicraft and international business.
Internal candidates can also apply provided they fulfill other eligibility criteria and have served the Corporation, one level below for at least 3 years.
2. Dy. General Manager (Finance): Essential Qualifications: CS/CWA/CA/MBA (Finance). Officers serving in audit & Accounts Services may also be considered.
Additional Qualifications: Degree in Law from any approved UGC/AICTE, Institute of repute.
Experience: At least 12 years of experience out of which 8 years should be in a senior position in Govt/MNC or a commercial organization of repute.
*Age is relaxable in the case of highly experienced candidates with a minimum experience of 15 years in a commercial Undertaking of repute.”

- Marketing Manager (Retail): A recognized degree preferably a post graduate degree in Economics, Commerce or statistics or Business Administration with at least 7 years experience in a government organization or commercial undertaking of repute. Degree qualification relaxation in case of specially experienced candidates with a minimum of 10 years of the requisite level in commercial undertaking of repute.
- Company Secretary cum Manager (Finance): Degree from the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India, with Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Institute of Cost & Works Accountants. At least 7 years of post qualification experience, out of which at least 4 years experience as Company Secretary in a reputed organization should be there. Knowledge of working in computerized environment is essential. Desirable: Experience in Administration of Company Law/ Taxation/ Internal Audit.

- 5. Manager (Technical): Degree in Textile Technology with at least 7 years experience in a responsible post in govt. or commercial organization of repute dealing in textiles. Preference would be given for experience in the field of Handloom/ handicraft and international business.
