Prescribed application forms and particulars of pay scales, qualifications, experience etc. can be had from the office of the REGISTRAR of the Institute on payment of Rs 50/- each mentioned under sections (A) above and Rs.30/- each (Rs.15/- for reserved posts) for those under sections (B) above, at the Institute counter or by post by sending a self addressed and stamped envelope of size 22x10 cms. with postal stamps of Rs.10/- for ordinary post or Rs.27/- for Registered post.
Applications complete in all respects along with enclosures and registration fee of Rs 75/- each mentioned under sections (A) above and Rs.30/- each (Rs.15/- for reserved posts) for those under sections (B) above must reach the Registrar of the Institute latest by 30.11.2011 (Wednesday).
