HR Executive (with Experience of 1-2 Year's Mfgr Industry ) Infomax India Solution - Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 a month - Walk-In

To design, communicate, monitor and review the HR & Safety policies, to plan, execute, co-ordinate, monitor and record the administrative activities, to recruit, train, retain, pay and reward the employees, to maintain the database of all employees, in order achieve the organizational goal by increasing job satisfaction by following HR Policy and complying legal provisions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Basic knowledge of various Acts and Provisions applicable to Mfgr Industry like, Min Wages, Bonus, Factory Act, PF etc.

• Sourcing and screening candidates via job portals and social media accounts to fill open positions
• Arranging interviews and co-ordinating with functional heads
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Conduct new employee orientations to ensure employees gain an understanding of policies and benefits
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
• Compile and update employee records
• Working knowledge of sourcing candidates via job portals and social media account
• Should be a master's in MBA (HR).

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Good Communication and presentation Skill, Knowledge of MS Office.
