Eligibility Criteria: Graduation in any stream from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE Approved institute) in India. Age of the Candidates should be between 21-30 years. It is mandatory to complete the Graduation to enrol in this Program. Candidate should have stayed in the hiring/interview city or nearby city for more than 2 years

Designation: After job confirmation it will be any of the below designation basis of your selected department
Business Development Manager / Corporate Agency Manager/ Financial Planning Manager / Sr. Branch Service Manager / Associate Relationship Manager

Candidate training is given at Manipal Academy of Higher Studies, Bangalore Campus for 4 months - which is a world class training Facility(food & accommodation is free).It’s a paid training, where candidates have to pay Rs 1.4 Lakh+GST as course fees (Loan facility available). Majority of your course fee will be refunded to the candidate within first year itself as stipend. 5^th to 6^thmonth will be on the job training, from 7^th to 12^th month will be internship. From 13^th month onwards candidate will be allocated to Agency/ Bancassurance / Direct channel based on the internship & the annual salary will be 3 Lakh per annum
