The Amrita Multidimensional Data Analytics Lab , at Amrita University, Coimbatore, has opening for Junior Research Fellows in the area of Pervasive Computing and Smart Buildings. This is one of the very few labs in India working on IndoorGIS, and Indoor Pervasive Applications. This is a great opportunity to be working in exciting areas of research funded by Department of Science and Technology (DST), India .
LOCATION : The Amrita Multidimensional Data Analytics Lab, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore
QUALIFICATION : B. Tech. (with GATE) / MCA. / M.Sc. (with NET) / M.Tech, Computer Science, Candidates of equivalent and relevant qualification may also apply. Students from ECE background may also apply. Good candidates with B.Tech without GATE will also be considered.
REQUIRED SKILL SET: Database Design and Management, Networking, Data Analytics Good problem solving skills and Java programming.
SELECTION PROCESS: Online assignment (includes programming) followed by in-person technical interview.
OTHER DETAILS: Candidate is expected to enroll in PhD in Amrita University.
STIPEND: Rs 25000/ month + HRA (as per DST norms)
