The eligible Advocates would be shortlisted after scrutiny of their bio-datalparticulars received from them. The Screening Committee constituted by Prasar Bharati shall assess the suitability of such shortlisted eligible Advocates and give its recommendations on the basis of their experiences, area of specialization etc.2. If required, the Screening Committee will hold personal talk with the short listed applicants. The recommendations of the Screening Committee would be considered for approval or otherwise at the appropriate level. How to Apply : 1. Prasar Bharati shall be free to engage any advocate of its own choice for any specific case and the Advocates on the panel empanelled through this process shall make no claim that they alone should be entrusted with Prasar Bharati's legal matters. 2. Interested and eligible Advocates having requisite experience are requested to send applications along with detailed bio-data specifying their area of work, experience together with addresses and telephone numbers, both of chamber and residence mobile number(s), email id, important cases handled and prominent clients.
