Job Description / Responsibilities: 1. To handle company"s sales in
assigned region (1-5 districts)
2. To identify and recruit company's distributor in assigned area.
3. To increase company's market share through distributor's sales
4. To manage distributors and sales executive
5. To keep an eye on competition
5. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual target with the help through
distribution network and sales team.
Desired- Profile of the candidate-Sales & marketing,
Desired work experience (in complete years): 3-5
Location of posting: LOCALITY.
FOR SALES OFFICER
1. Preferably MBA or Graduates with 1 -3 years of experience in channel
sales
2. Must be a go getter and enjoy challenges
3. Must be looking forward to build career in fastest growing telecom
domain.
4. Preferably have worked with big telecom distributors
Location: All U.P,
Package: 1.50-To 2.50 Lacks per annum performance based incentive.
KRA:
1. Will be involved with distributors in Lubricants

sales manager
4. Reporting daily sales of assigned distributors to regional sales manager
