To undergo on the job training in maintenance/ operation of variousequipment that are used in Pulp & Paper Industry
To lead team of associates. Motivate & lead them towards enhancinguptime of plant.
To implement effective Preventive Maintenance schedules for the equipment.
To work towards continuous improvements
To handle the shifts and to attend all maintenance / operational problems.
