Vice President (Mumbai)

1. Minimum Qualifications Post-Graduate degree in business, finance or commerce with an excellent academic background. (Preferably CFA / CA / CS)
2. Maximum Age 40 years.
3. Experience Minimum of 7 years experience in Equity Capital Market & International Finance.
4. Compensation Compensation will be in line with the market and commensurate to qualifications, experience and the expected level of performance.

Assistant Vice President (Loan Syndication)

1. Minimum Qualifications Post-Graduate degree in business, finance or commerce with an excellent academic background. (Preferably CA / CS).
2. Maximum Age 35 years.
3. Experience Minimum of 5 years experience in Loan Syndication & Investment Banking.
4. Compensation Compensation will be in line with the market and commensurate to qualifications, experience and the expected level of performance.

Manager – Loan Syndication

1. Minimum Qualifications Post-Graduate degree in business, finance or commerce with an excellent academic background.
2. Maximum Age 30 years.
3. Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in loan syndication / financial services company.
4. Areas of experience  Good financial modeling, analytical and quantitative skills.  Strong financial analytical skills.

Assistant Manager – Trusteeship (Mumbai)

1. Minimum Qualifications Post-Graduate degree in business, finance or commerce with CS / LLB and an excellent academic background.
2. Maximum Age 28 years.
3. Experience Minimum of 2 years experience in legal department of law firm / CA Firm / CS Firm / corporate.
4. Areas of experience  Good legal understanding and interpretation skills. Good experience in legal document drafting.

Executive Officer – Trusteeship (Mumbai)

1. Minimum Qualifications Graduate degree in business, finance or commerce, preferably with legal background, like CS / LLB and an excellent academic background.
2. Maximum Age 25 years.
3. Experience Preferably 1 years experience in legal department of law firm / CA Firm / CS Firm / corporate.
4. Areas of experience  Good legal understanding and interpretation skills.  Good experience in legal document drafting

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA – NATIONALITY / CITIZENSHIP:

A candidate must be either (i) a Citizen of India or (ii) a subject of Nepal or (iii) a subject of Bhutan or (iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India,. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) & (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a ertificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India,. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the group discussion / interview conducted by the Company but on final selection the offer of appointment may be given only after the Government of India has issued the necessary eligibility certificate to him.
