Pay Scale : Rs. 10300-34800 Grade pay 4800/-
Age : 21 years and 30 years respectively
Qualification : Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent thereto from a recognized University and proficiency in operation of computers (Word processing and Spread sheets).
