The Dayalbagh Educational Institute is a Deemed University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 as per Notification No. F.9-3/78-U-3 dated 16.05.1981 issued by the then Ministry of Education & Culture, Government of India. Applications in the prescribed form are invited for the following posts.
1. Assistant Registrar (Rs.15600-39100) (Grade Pay Rs.5400): Master’s degree with atleast 55% marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 pt. scale along with a good academic record, as laid down by UGC.
For Internal Candidates: Graduate with atleast 10 years service as Office Superintendent or equivalent cadre or 8 years service as Section Officer or equivalent cadre in the Institute.
2. Section Officer: (Rs.9300-34800)(Grade Pay Rs.4600): Graduate with atleast 5 years experience as Senior Clerk or Steno or 10 years experience as Junior Clerk. Preference shall be given to those having postgraduate degree and diploma/certificate in secretarial practice.
3. Head Assistant: (Rs.9300-34800)(Grade Pay Rs.4200): Graduate with atleast 10 years office experience.
4. Junior Engineer (Rs.9300-34800)(Grade Pay Rs.4200): A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent OR Diploma in Engineering in the relevant area from a recognized university/Institute or equivalent having 2 years experience in relevant field from an organization of repute from the Centre/State Government Universities and other autonomous organizations.
Desirable: Working knowledge of AUTOCAD and other relevant softwares.
5. Assistant (Rs.9300-34800)(Grade Pay Rs.4200): Graduate with 5 years office experience and working knowledge of Computer.
6. Office Superintendent (Rs.5200-20200)(Grade Pay Rs.2,800): Graduate with at least 5 years experience as Senior Clerk or Steno or 10 years experience as Junior Clerk. Preference shall be given to those having Postgraduate Degree and Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Practice.
7. Technical Assistant (Computers) (Rs.5200-20200)(Grade Pay Rs.2800): Graduate with atleast 55% marks and possesses sound knowledge of computer related operations OR Three years Diploma in Computer Science or matching stream from recognized University/College/Research Institute of repute.
8. Upper Division Clerk (Rs.5200-20200)(Grade Pay Rs.2400): Graduate with two years office experience and working knowledge of computer.
9. Multiskilled Staff (Rs.5200-20200) (Grade Pay Rs.1800): X Pass or ITI.
Prescribed application forms and particulars of pay scales, qualifications, experience etc. can be had from the office of the REGISTRAR of the Institute on payment of Rs 50/- each mentioned under sections (A) above and Rs.30/- each (Rs.15/- for reserved posts) for those under sections (B) above, at the Institute counter or by post by sending a self addressed and stamped envelope of size 22x10 cms. with postal stamps of Rs.10/- for ordinary post or Rs.27/- for Registered post.
Applications complete in all respects along with enclosures and registration fee of Rs 75/- each mentioned under sections (A) above and Rs.30/- each (Rs.15/- for reserved posts) for those under sections (B) above must reach the Registrar of the Institute latest by 30.11.2011 (Wednesday). Separate application shall be submitted for each post.
